How about a lobster picnic on a deserted island?
Enjoy snorkeling or just chillin’ on the beach while “Chef” Philip and his crew prepare freshly caught spiny lobster boiled in seawater and grilled over an open Logwood fire.
The lobster is prepared with a traditional Jamaican “gravy” consisting of fresh vegetables, herbs and spices, picked the same morning from Captain Philip’s farm.
Add some flatbread and a cold Red Stripe. Nothing compares.
